Everything! It was spotless on arrival, Giorgos welcomes us and showed us how everything worked. There were lots of little touches that were very helpful - like the aircon automatically clicking on/off when the doors/windows were closed/open, a double sink in the family bathroom, robes and beach towels included, coffee capsules to get us started etc. Everything was great quality too, from the garden/pool furniture and mattresses to the kitchen knives actually being sharp!

The location is amazing it is in the middle of the village everything is close the food is great the staff very friendly and fun the rooms are really beautiful overall it's one of if not the best hotel in bali. It also has a spa that i didnt get the time to make use of but next time i definitely will.

Nice location. Everyone was super nice. Starting from the owner Mr. Michalis, The front desk crew Nikos and Dimitris and Yiannis the driver. I left Regina last cause she was phenomenal. Her demeanor and polite attitude was above and beyond. Good rooms. Excellent food and plenty of choices and the wait stuff at the restaurant and bar all were fantastic. We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.
