This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at AND the least expensive one I have ever stayed at. The value was off the charts fantastic! I would stay here again over and over. I don't know what it is like in the peak season of summer but we were there in early April. We arrived around 21:00, and this was not an issue at all. We were shown to our rooms and then taken to the restaurant where we were given a "Welcome Snack" of an apple, a banana and a small plate of cold meat, cheese, and veggies with a drink - for FREE - who does that? It was like being welcomed into someone's home, not a hotel. Breakfast was included in the price of my room, and it was excellent. I am not kidding; if I can get this same service and price again, I might go back to Crete just for the hotel, never mind the amazing Greek Island.

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

The Aministrator of the hotel Agapi is so usefull, she helped me to change the dares of my booking. I got one of the best rooms view upon arrival. Amazing goid, beach is super for the kids. Good entertainmebt. Ckean rooms. Beautifull location. I am coming bach in 2024.

The hotel was really close to the beach and you could use the pool and the sunbeds of a sister resort - Enorme Teatro Beach Resort, so it is quite a good value for money. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The area was rather quiet, not too crowded with the people. Generally, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed food, especially the variety of vegetables, salads, and, in particular, the splendid Greek cheese. Staff was very nice and efficient. Cleaning service was perfect - clean towels and bedsheets every day. Sea was very clean and the beach was sandy, with some stones at the entry to the water.
