    Modern, comfortable, clean, private, secure, well equipped. Great bathroom with luxury towels. Free parking, good location and only a short walk to the local pub and town centre. We were made to feel very welcome. Excellent service and fantastic breakfast.

    Great hosts,very welcoming and friendly. Room very spacious,well equipped (with toiletries,fan,fridge,tea/coffee, etc) comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent. Location good, nice little town with local shops, chippy and pubs. Free on site parking and WiFi a bonus. Only a short drive to all local beach resorts. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area and recommend to friends and family.
