Everything! The whole place was lovely and the staff were wonderful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble and the waiters were professional but extremely nice and talkative if you wanted a chat! One particular waiter was called Dani was excellent and very friendly.

The location is fine, close to a bus stop for travel into Palma or to other resorts along the coast. The pool area is comfortable and it’s only a 10 min walk to some nice beaches. Portals is expensive compared to other parts of the coast, but cannot fault the hotel for this.
