Perfect location if you like to have a mix of pool and sea! There is a small public beach located directly next to hotel (2 minute walk) and access to the sea from the hotel pool deck as well. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a gorgeous view. Our all-inclusive also allowed access to a “VIP” pool and deck on the 5th floor.

Friendly staff who are always at your service, cleanliness of the room, food, drinks, entertainment, near your accommodation is a beautiful sandy beach 5 minutes' walk away. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Best hotels deliver excellence, literally..in general, a GREAT hotel team! The staff, certainly make the difference: friendly and efficient. Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

All inclusive drinks were premium brands. The hotel is located next to a lovely cove where the sea was beautifully clean. There's nothing around the hotel but you don't need it because the entertainment package is jam packed.

The drinks included in the all inclusive, but also the snack bar near the pool, were really nice benefits to have. 4. Great for all inclusive as there isn’t much in the immediate area, just a walk/bus away from Palma Nova or Magaluf though. Food was pretty good for an all inclusive during COVID times. The lunch pasta/salad bar in particular was fantastic!
