Very comfortable quiet room with a nice big balcony, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was good enough for online meetings in the room. Lots of options at the buffets.

My husband and I are Egyptians and we have stayed in so many hotels around Egypt - this hotel is exceptional, mainly because of its staff and the service they offered. We cannot thank the entire staff enough for their great hospitality- starting from Ramy at the front desk and Samy at the restaurant; you made our stay very memorable. Unlike most hotels in the area, the food at Jaz was incredible, especially dinner. The location is superb, with an amazing view of the sea and mountains, away from the busy, crowded streets of Dahab. It was just a few blocks away from our diving center, so it was very convenient.

We rarely return to the same hotel twice.. This was our 3rd time here in the past year!! The reason is very simple - you don't need anything else, this place is just perfect! The location is great, right on the border between the city center and the promenade, walking distance from everything you need. Despite that, the hotel is very quiet. The rooms are very big and spacious and so is the huge bed. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the hotel pool. The food is great! We're very picky eaters but we really enjoy eating at the hotel restaurant and we usually prefer it over going out and eating elsewhere because the variety is great, everything is fresh and made for you on the spot and some of the fruit and vegetables are grown organically in the owners' farm. But definitely the best thing about this place is the staff. The best service I've ever received in any hotel around the world! Sheriff and all the team are truly welcoming, they help you with everything you need and make you feel like you're the most important person there. This is the main reason I will not look for another hotel in Dahab. I almost feel bad recommending this hotel because I always want them to have a room for us. Thank you all the team in Sheikh Ali for another wonderful stay! See you again soon!

Everything was as expected. We changed the room without any problems at our request due to a better view and starting point to the coast. The food was very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

First of all the staff in the hotel was just amazing and friendly. Rooms in the hotel were well furnished and clean. Outdoor swimming pool which we could use even in late hours. Local breakfast which you could get on the beach was very tasty and the whole vibes of this place gave us unforgettable experience from this hotel :-) I will definitely come back again :-)

So value for money is great, room nice, swimming pool pleasant but what really made this place was the main man Ramez... He was excellent, everything from little adjustments to breakfast to booking some fantastic tours, also at great value prices compared to those found on the internet. He was super happy to help over WhatsApp with any issue! Handy to have a fridge in the room and a little supermarket with water, juice and snacks next door. It's a few minutes walk to the strip which is super nice as I imagine it's nice to be away from it during busy times! I'd definitely stay again if visiting Dahab in the future.
