Sempre atents, menjar de qualitat, bons shows, seguretat del Resort, bona disponibilitat del personal per ajudar en tasques per les activitats fora de la seva tasca. Hem quedat maravellats. Tornaríem mil cops. La neteja de les habitacions perfecte, un hotel nou construït fa un any i mig. El tracte del personal era lo millor els felicitem. Les instal·lacions bars y restaurants temàtics perfectes. Vam passar els 3 primers dies sense voler sortir perquè ho teníem tot a mà. Realment impecable els hi dono 10/10

Desert Rose staff is extraordinary - very professional and friendly, we've never encountered such nice but at the same so great organised people before. Congrats to hotel managers for having everything so well structured and perfectly managed, you take care for literally everything! eg. there is phone app available with all the essentials on restaurants, bars, menus, entertainment, beach and pool acticities etc. Big >thank you< to all chefs, waiters, barmans, gentlemen cleaning the room, lifeguards, bodyguards, gardeners, entertainment staff and receptionists (please forgive if I missed someone). Also aqua center guys, Casanova and his owner were making our stay more interesting;) Wide choice of very tasty food, aesthetically served; each day different dinner eg. far east, middle east, international, BBQ etc.; in addition 4 a'la carte restaurants with lovely atmosphere. What absolutely distinguishes the hotel is beautifull huge garden; gardeners working very hard made an absolute floral art there. The surrounding is extremely clean and pampered in every aspect. For evenings there are multiple bars available, all of them with nice spirit, beatifully designed, lighted and with great music. We had really great time in Desert Rose and we would strongly recommend the place for everyone who would like to have wonderful holiday.
