As someone who work in hotels for the last 5 years, boutique hotels and 5 stars hotels. I got to say I’m surprised! The food was surprisingly very good!!!! In the buffet and in the restaurants of the hotel. All of the staff are very kind, nice and helpful I want to thank to everyone and especially darliana and heury from guest service who took care of everything I asked for. Ronal from the front desk who helped me to get my medications on time with pleasure and a big smile! Also drabi, Alejandro, aldo and the rest of the front desk staff who was always helpful and with a big smile. Camili and margarita from housekeeping who were so nice and adorable:) Jose and Francisco from the itailian restaurant, and Juan from the French restaurant - serve with a smile and small talks which is very important. And the one and only - my favorite - Alfred Bautista :) Keeps the energy high in the sky Always here to help with a smile Thank you all for making my time in the DR unforgettable!!!
