Warm and welcoming staff (they arrange shuttle bus to take you from and to the train station for free), and gave us farewell gift of Matterhorn chocolate! Location is great, only 2mins walk from the cable station to the 5 Lake Walk. Reasonable distance from the town center.

Very cozy room and great bed. The SPA was the reason for our booking and we were not disappointed. They have a beautiful pool, with jaccuzzi, sauna... The short distance from the train station (1min litterally) is adding to the convenience of the place. The resturant is excellent, and the staff was very kind.
