We felt absolutely welcomed by the hotel team and the complimentary services such as tennis courst and bike rentals were more than convenient.

Nearby city's center and a lovely small square just in front of the hotel. Lots of luxury brand shops on the Nassa street. Big balcony, a cup of wine on chair to see the lake and mountain. Location of the property is great to explore Lugano and Italian border area while being in a quiet and cozy resort. Very nice front office team that made us feel welcome and efficiently managed all our requests. Thank you so much ,we cannot wait to be back!
