The location is excellent, the view was amazing, it's in a very quiet area, perfect for peace and relaxation. The apartment was very nice and clean, well equipped and very spacious. The view from the apartment was amazing, every morning we got to wake up facing the sea, beautiful blue everywhere. We were 4 people (2 couples) and stayed for a week. We got to enjoy the outdoor pool with the most amazing view and also went to Bolata Beach. The owner of the apartment was very sweet and nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, they even left us a welcome package and some fresh vegetables from their own garden, twice actually, which were very delicious. They cleaned the apartment and changed the sheets and towels during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for people who like to cook. It's very close to a lot of great places to visit (Bolata Beach, Cape Kaliakra, Balchik Palace). We all had a wonderful time and we will be returning for sure.

I am surprised by the location - mountain and sea - an incredible combination. An incredible calm is felt in the complex. The staff is smiling, friendly, always at the service of the customer. We had rented a room for one night, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night. All inclusive is amazing, very rich and varied food, there is food and drinks for every taste. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is worth visiting the complex and you will not regret it.

It was much better than I expected! It was awesome! Perfect location for people like me, for a family like mine! I was looking for silence! I needed a quiet place! And I enjoy IT! There, You can ENJOY THE SILENT! You can enjoy the sound of the wind! The place is located on the Black Sea side, but, above... You have acces to the shore! But, a long walk, from a higher ground. I didn't choose this location for access to the beach. Are a lot of places, a lot of beaches in a radius of 20 km around! Wonderful places! Wild, crowded, no crowded, popular or exclusivist beaches. July Morning Seaside Resort is the best location for a vacation, for families which want to have a quiet place to stay, but with a lot of opportunities to spend time around! Also, is a perfect location for families with small childrens! Safe, quaiet inner yard, the pool have a big enough part for small childrens (1 to 4 years old childrens)! Private parking! Safe! For me and my family the pool they have it was wonderful! The pool is placed in the perfect position! On the edge of the property to the seaside! Again, the location is on a higher ground above the sea! Perfect view of the Black Sea! We stayed in an apartment that also has a small kitchen. We wanted this. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It also has a washing machine. There is a clothes dryer in the balcony. The balcony is big! It also has a table with chairs. Everyday, the location is provinding cleaning room service. If is it necessary, the location is providing the change of the towels every day. The location is very close to Kavarna. In Kavarna You can find almost anything You want. From supermarkets to reastaurants! There are also two beaches in Kavarna, on the shore! Both of them with sand and affordable for small childrens! Beautiful place ❤️ I was prepared just for a nice room for two with a private bathroom, but we received an apartment! Large clean bathroom, comfortable bedroom, big living room with kitchenette and great balcony with the gorgeous view. We travelled after season so there was small amount of people. It was quiet and relaxing as we needed. About food - very delicious and fresh. I had small choice as I'm vegetarian (spaghetti with spicy tomatoes, risotto, grilled veggies and fries), but my partner was in heaven with all that meat from the grill.

Everything is well-maintained, like new, peaceful place with nice view, big apartment, super cool summer swing on the huge balcony (kids loved it so much) shaded by a nice tree... parking in front of the door
