We had an amazing week staying at Bachgut. The rooms had everything we needed and more. Especially the sauna and whirlpool were great. Location was good, although the lack of snow made it a bit challenging to ski in and out. However, the service offered was outstanding, with shuttle bus service, welcome gifts, luggage storage, showers after check-out etc. Highly recommend staying at Bachgut!

Fabulous cozy hotel, with very friendly owners and excellent staff. The hotel food is excellent, the service was very polite and efficient, the room was very clean and well kitted out. The facilities are good and loads for kids to do! The fact that the hotel publishes a weekly program and a morning post was a great way of giving guests an overview of what’s going on and informing guests of important information. In-room multimedia (TV, Tablet, Bathroom Radio, Wi-Fi) was great.

It is just across the street. For the people who would like to explore the whole resort, it is possible to use the same lifts since they are connected to the other slopes of the resort. The apartments are beautiful. They are complete, everything is new, it is spacious and is very baby friendly. The family owning the apartments supplied the apartment with a bed for our little baby and a chair so she could join us eating.

Great location, would describe as "ski in, short walk out". Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly hosts who are regulars in the resort with lots of tips for restaurants and runs to try. Hinterglemm town centre is a 10 minute walk away. 1st floor so the boot room is only two flights of stairs down, faster than the lift. Nice view of Schattberg out of the window. Would definitely stay again!

The resort offers free shuttle everyday 09:00-10:00am to the 🚠 and 15:00-16:00 back to the hotel. Very convenient. We didn’t booked the all inclusive and made our own breakfast in the spacious apartment kitchen which was fully equipped! For the dinner we went to the nearby restaurants or cooked ourselves something in the ap.
