Very classy hotel in a wonderful location with outdoor dining beside the Zambezi river and a short walk to Victoria Falls. Very helpful staff, and lots of activities that can be booked through the hotel.

Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. The location, the staff, especially Allan and Dorah and the team for treating us great, even got complimentary dinner.

AVANI Victoria Falls Resort is located in Livingstone and features an outdoor swimming pool. The property features a garden, as well as a terrace. Classh room, nice outlook Wildlife roaming the grounds (zebra, impala, giraffes) meant you were on safari just by stepping inside your room. Poolside bar provided great meals with generous servings at a reasonable price. 5 minutes walk to the Falls.

Protea Hotel by Marriott Livingstone in Livingstone has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property features a terrace, as well as a bar. Breakfast was well prepared and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful no matter the request. The muffins were very tasty and fresh fruits were served every day. When I was late for my pick up, the staff would pack breakfast for me and that was extremely helpful.
