The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Super mooie locatie, waar we vriendelijke werden ontvangen. Mooie tent van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden het geluk dat we 4 prive Game drives hadden, met een super Ranger Morné. Heerlijk eten, er werd alles gedaan om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Ga zeker terug naar deze plek en verblijf dan langer.

Ngala Lodge is gelegen op de boerderij Pride of Nature in het malaria-vrije en Big 5 Dinokeng reservaat. De internationale luchthaven OR Tambo ligt op slechts een klein uur rijden. The staff are incredibly kind, accommodating and professional. They made our stay!

LookOut Safari Lodge bevindt zich op 47 km van University of Pretoria, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een gedeelde keuken. De accommodatie heeft een bubbelbad. This is a beautiful location, quiet, private and situated perfectly for animal drives! The staff were very friendly and helpful made our visit extremely enjoyable.

iKhaya LamaDube Game Lodge ligt in het wildreservaat Dinokeng en biedt uitzicht op het zwembad en gratis WiFi. Let´s start with the beginning: Everybody complains about the main gravel road which connects Hammanskraal with most of the lodges in Dinokeng. Yes, it is not great. But you can do it with a sedan (we drove in a Polo Vivo), if you do not mind some bumping and slow driving. I know some tar roads in the Freestate wich are way more difficult to drive. Gate procedure is a breeze, guards are friendly and helpful. Payment for entrence fee cashless only. The map provided with the permit is not totally up-todate, but generally it is hard to get lost as the tracks are well signpostet. Once you arrinvee - you get very clear directions by the owners – your check-in will probably done by Cythnia. She is nice and helbful in any way (so ist he rest of the staff). The hot towel for the face was as appreciated by us as the cold fruit cocktail. These are the fine details which are typical for his establishment. WiFi is reasonable fast and availble in the whole lodge. Pool ist not to big, but as everything here, spotless clean. We stayed in a safari tent. Outdoor kitchen is very well equipped, everything is brandnew or well maintained. Our private Boma turned out as a real romantic place. And a safe one: They provide not only small branches to start the fire more easily. Even a bucket with water is on site to kill the fire after braai is done. We rarely enjoyed such a great spot elsewere in SA… As Dinokeng is in some way directly connected to ESCOM, there is no loadshadding. However, during our stay a heavy thunderstorm came down and damaged eletricity supply. Not that bad as it seems, staff came and supplied bags of ice for the fridge, gas stoves for cooking and more lanterns. In the same time, owners send WhatsApp messages around about the situation. De OuKlip Game Lodge is vernoemd naar rotsformaties in de regio en ligt in het malariavrije Dinokeng Big 5-wildreservaat, op 30 minuten rijden van Hammanskraal. Mooie tenten. Mooi ingericht en ruim. Grote braaiplaats er bij. Pal aan het hek van de Dinokeng. Keuken helemaal compleet ingericht.

Kings view exclusive villas (KVEV) bevindt zich in Pretoria-Noord, op 30 km van Uniegebouw, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Meticulous care and thought have been put into the setup of the villa. Little details like a high-quality portable Bluetooth speaker that we could take to the pool area make a difference. The swimming pool is private and good enough to have a dip with the little ones. The bathroom was exceptional, enabling you to relax as is the theme of the place. There was also: - An outdoor braai area. - Aircon in the living room area and chargeable fans in the rooms. - A generator should there be a power outage. - Enough supplies in the kitchen to make a decent meal. Sam was a great host, met us on arrival, and gave us a good overview of the place. He checks in and is quick to cater for requests. Would I come again? Definitely! It is not too far from Jozi but a great escape from the hustle and bustle.
