The Hotel is powered by an inverter and solar panels for full service during load shedding times. The rooms have lighting outside on their patio's as well as inside the rooms. Everything was arranged perfectly! The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and the atmosphere in the garden was very peaceful (even better than in the pictures). Would definitely stay again!!!

Situated on the southern tip of Africa, between the mountains and the Indian Ocean, Agulhas Ocean House provides free WiFi and free parking. Great location just 2km from the Southern tip of Africa. Wonderful hosts who were so welcoming and lovely from the moment we arrived until we left. Excellent breakfast and the hosts also helped with a booking for our evening meal. Super room overlooking the Ocean. Book it. 👍

Perched on top of the cliffs overlooking Hermanus’s Walker Bay, The Marine offers first-class splendour and elegance and a spectacular seascape, with imposing views extending across Western Capes... Everything! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The room is very comfortable and we had a sea view which was spectacular. Bed was ridiculously comfortable with plenty of pillows, could not ask for a better stay.

Grootbos Private Nature Reserve offers luxury accommodation featuring spectacular views of ancient forests and the whale watching haven of Walker Bay, just a 30-minute drive from Hermanus. The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly. What really struck me about the staff is how much they actually care about your experience, always asking “can I help you with x” or “we can do y if that’s better for you” etc without skipping a beat!
