I also think the doors had double glazing as once you closed them all noise disappeared

Every single member of staff were so caring and we will miss you all. The restaurant food was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble especially with certain food allergies . I have never been anywhere so beautiful with wonderful views; hotel outstanding and the people so genuinely kind and and always there to help. Transfers to the cricket were punctual many thanks to Chris the driver always pleasant and going the extra mile. Thank you to every member of staff you are all amazing from Reception to the Restaurant to housekeeping a very big THANK YOU.

Another stay at the fabulous Border Hotel, one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. Didn't think it could get any better but there were extra touches this time with bathrobes and slippers. From the super size room with seating and a balcony to the private dining in the library I can't think of anything that could be better. Cornelius (Kerneels) will look after you from your arrival to departure, carrying bags and serving dinner and breakfast. A lovely, lovely, man. If we ever get the chance again we will make it a priority to stay once more at the Border Hotel.

The place and facilities were clean. The staff was very helpful and kind, special shoutout to Evelina and Koos. It's not a busy and loud place if you're a fan of tranquility like me.

Friendly reception on arrival. Room was ready the bed was very comfortable. Nice shower big enough for two people. The buffet breakfast had a variety of choices including salmon which was great. The service from start to end was exceptional! There are multiple service offerings that made this getaway special and personalized. The staff paid so much attention to detail, and the birthday trip was amazing. The guesthouse looks and feels like a resort. It is highly recommended. Spa staff were also kind and welcoming.

Well, we had a great moment at the Kingdom. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The main thing is that the Pilanesberg reserve it's just at the corner so the Big 5 is a must to do. The restaurant was good also and staff are great. My daughter had her birthday during our holiday, so the restaurant manager did a great job with decoration (you need to pay). Very recommended for a family treat.

Everything about Dikholo was just excellent. It actually surprised me at how fantastic the entire place was. I liked the fact that there were so many activities available which meant that there was no need to leave the premises for anything. The fact that there is a shop on site is also a great touch. I loved the spa treatment I received. The staff were all fantastic, from the reception staff who were very hands on to the restaurant staff who were willing to bend over backwards to prepare my sister her special diet to the wonderful, patient staff who took us zip lining and quad bike riding.

It is found in a breathtaking location surrounded by the bush. Animals roam around freely so you can enjoy looking at them. The staff are very friendly and accommodate your needs. The rangers run the activities, and they take really good care of you. They are patient and very pleasant to talk to. The barge ride and game drive will be unforgettable. They even accommodated for us to do clay shooting with meticulous detail to keep us safe. Thank you to the awesome rangers Hannes, Meghan, and Jagner with special mention to Oum Saro.
