Amazing location,ambience is phenomenal.I would like to add a value added comment.the signiture 4 and six course dinners are lovely but I think moving forward you would need to accommodate a wider menu especially with this place only on the up…It’s amazing but please try and accommodate a slightly wider menu for dinner .we loved the walks and serenity of the estate .The owner was very welcoming and we appreciated the history lesson of the estate and the horse breeding heritage of the place .

Nottingham Road Hotel is a historical landmark known as Notties by many generations of locals. It is located in the village of Nottingham Road, in the heart of the Midlands Meander. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The management even arranged transport for us to the wedding venue

Absolutely loved hearing of the local area and recommendations of where to visit and they didn't disappoint. The rooms are located in a beautiful courtyard with the most homely vibes, we settled into our stay within minutes. The pictures of this beautiful place do not do it any justice. Highly recommend staying here

13 miles from Fort Nottingham Museum in Nottingham Road, Springvale Farm provides accommodations with access to a hot tub. With mountain views, this accommodation features a patio. This was an unexpected stay in the area after car troubles but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! We stumbled on this farm in a panicky effort to find pet-friendly accommodation and I still can't believe our good fortune. The farm, and everyone on it, are fantastic. We were looking for a room for 1 night and ended up staying a lot longer. The cottages are incredibly comfortable, spacious, spotless, thoughtfully decorated and well kitted out in all rooms - the electric blankets, log fires, hot tub and freshly baked bread were amazing! There is plenty of space for the family, friends and furbabies. The setting is pretty spectacular - what a beautiful part of the world - and there are plenty of things to do within the property including fishing, hiking and birdwatching. Take the time to find the cranes, they're beautiful! A very big thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make our stay so special. Deborah, in particular, was fantastic and really saved the day, I cannot speak highly enough of her and everything she has done for us - it is so encouraging to know that there are such kind people in this world, who will drop everything to come and rescue complete strangers. Do yourself a favour and book one of the cottages, it is 100% worth it!!
