They were a huge help in planning special treats such as massages, pasta making class, and other trips. They also assisted a great deal with the current load shedding situation. They sent the schedule and made sure we had ways to cook with a gas stove during load shedding. Also, the Wifi had a backup battery to allow for it to continue to be available throughout loadshedding. A perfect getaway. We will be back.
