Located in Stanford, 18 miles from Village Square, Springfontein Wine Estate has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. I just stayed at one of the cottages at Springfontein wine estate, the Fisherman one! I fully enjoyed it, very peaceful and serene. It was the perfect getaway I was looking for... and I discovered their wines! A great place to stay, eat, and just chill out of Cape Town. Well done to the team, thank you for taking such good care of us.

The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly. What really struck me about the staff is how much they actually care about your experience, always asking “can I help you with x” or “we can do y if that’s better for you” etc without skipping a beat!

Harbor House Hotel in Hermanus enjoys the most prominent of positions in the heart of the old harbor area, flanked by the seaside and the bustling center of this holiday town. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and it was SO convenient for everything. Breakfast was great, infinity swimming pool was great, and being able to looksl for whales while swimming was an amazing experience. I would throighly recommend it to everybody!!
