O pequeno almoço é muito bom e mesmo quando tivemos de sair mais cedo, facultou uns saquinhos bem generosos com comida. Sem dúvida, um local fantástico para ficar em Tam Coc.

Easy going and warm ladies hosts, they will give many tips and arrange tours and transfers if you want. They have a room which you can use if you are an early check-in or late check-out, which is very nice of their side (even had some water and snacks for night train). The pool and the view are great. Close to city by 5 min bike (which they give for free) and close to Buffalo Cave and other biking roads (the road to Bird Valley is sooo beautiful).

Beautiful renovated family property owned by Dinh’s grandfather. They worked so hard to renovate and convert it into a hotel from 2019. Serene and beautiful garden surrounding the rooms. Quiet. Away from the main streets and just so relaxing to sit in and unwind. The beds are super comfortable, great hot shower with good power, very clean. Beautifully furnished. An incredibly steal, we couldn’t believe the price. LASTLY, and most importantly, Dinh and his mother (Thom) are wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome. They let us stay on the last day as we had a train at 11PM all day in their property, let us use the shower and provided towels and shower gel and then invited us to have dinner with him and his mum. It was so special and really made our trip to Vietnam. This has been our favourite place to stay, I’ll remember them for the memories! Also( the food was the best we had in ninh BINH as the restaurants are so touristy. The crab noodle soup for breakfast is a must! His uncle has been making the broth for years so they buy it from him. All the herbs, eggs and fruit are from their own garden!

Everything about this place is so wonderful! The scenery is beautiful, rooms were super comfy, and hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating! The food was also delicious and so convenient being right on the property. The free bikes could get you anywhere you needed to go, plus they had motorcycles for rent too. The property is the perfect location, super quiet and in nature with adorable little goats, but only 5 minutes bike to restaurants and 10-15 to both Trang An and Tam Coc boat tours. We highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The breakfast had multiple choices of vietnamese foods, fruits, toast and an omelet station. The pool is inside the hotel on the ground floor and looked amazing. The hotel offers free bikes that you can grab whenever. The main street is just a 3 minute walk away.

Differently than what I expected, Ninh Binh is big, so I really recommend renting an automatic motorcicle, which I rented at my homestay. Trang An is the main attraction. It is a 2-3 Hour boat ride going inside caves and stopping at tamples. I was there during a viatnamese holiday and there were lots of people, so we had to go early to avoid waiting in line for a long time. It opens at 7am and closes at 5pm. Tam Coc is the other boat ride, also very famous, but less crowded and shorter. Trang An was better than Tam Coc, but it is still worth it. Another place I really recommend is Hang Mua (Mua Cave). There is a cave there but that's not the best part. The best part is going up 500 steps to have an amazing view.

Os quartos eram amplos com boas vistas, apesar que estavam húmidos (mas isso também certamente se deve ao clima local). Foi um prazer ter ficado aqui.

We stayed in Vietnam for two weeks and experienced quite a few hotels, but this was one of the best and really even better what we expected. Staff and the whole place is just perfect, the ambience of the place is wonderful. We wish we had a little more time to stay. Breakfast was exceptional and also very nicely presented. We booked our excursions around upon our stay and it was all wonderful, so I can just recommend everyone to do it at the hotel. We asked a driver to take us back to Hanoi, who was also really nice. The Room was big and with a beautiful Bathroom with a very comfortable bed. The garden is just like you would imagine the old Vietnam. Really a place that we will remember and where we would like to return.

This is a superb complex, presumably built to give local people access to bucolic luxury. There is everything you want/need. The staff are very helpful, especially Miss Yen in the dining room. It's a pleasant walk to the National Park and the wildlife rescue centre.

Free of charge basic bicycles (we cycled to Tam Coc, 7km, 40 minutes with stops, with 3 kids, 15-11y old). Nice pool, good price for scooters on place. After seeing Tam Coc and many other Homestays around, we were totally happy with our choice !

. We had a great time. Rooms were nice, toilets clean and the atmosphere was great. We rented scooters from the hotel and explored the area finding lots of temples and picturesque rice fields. Very social hostel and the staff were lovely. Thank you

Recommended. A nice Resort. Clean, well priced. Nice rooms. Very helpful staff who let us check in early, and then check out late. In the middle of Ninh Binh , and so close to everything. Nice breakfast. Any request, such as asking to order a car , was met quickly.
