Tam Coc Windy Fields has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Ninh Binh. Easy going and warm ladies hosts, they will give many tips and arrange tours and transfers if you want. They have a room which you can use if you are an early check-in or late check-out, which is very nice of their side (even had some water and snacks for night train). The pool and the view are great. Close to city by 5 min bike (which they give for free) and close to Buffalo Cave and other biking roads (the road to Bird Valley is sooo beautiful).

Beautiful renovated family property owned by Dinh’s grandfather. They worked so hard to renovate and convert it into a hotel from 2019. Serene and beautiful garden surrounding the rooms. Quiet. Away from the main streets and just so relaxing to sit in and unwind. The beds are super comfortable, great hot shower with good power, very clean. Beautifully furnished. An incredibly steal, we couldn’t believe the price. LASTLY, and most importantly, Dinh and his mother (Thom) are wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome. They let us stay on the last day as we had a train at 11PM all day in their property, let us use the shower and provided towels and shower gel and then invited us to have dinner with him and his mum. It was so special and really made our trip to Vietnam. This has been our favourite place to stay, I’ll remember them for the memories! Also( the food was the best we had in ninh BINH as the restaurants are so touristy. The crab noodle soup for breakfast is a must! His uncle has been making the broth for years so they buy it from him. All the herbs, eggs and fruit are from their own garden!

Pisci spettacolare, e struttura circondata da risaie quindi qua di andare a letto si sente il canto dei ranocchi tutt’intorno.

The scenery is beautiful, rooms were super comfy, and hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating! The food was also delicious and so convenient being right on the property. The free bikes could get you anywhere you needed to go, plus they had motorcycles for rent too. The property is the perfect location, super quiet and in nature with adorable little goats, but only 5 minutes bike to restaurants and 10-15 to both Trang An and Tam Coc boat tours. We highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The breakfast had multiple choices of vietnamese foods, fruits, toast and an omelet station. The pool is inside the hotel on the ground floor and looked amazing. The hotel offers free bikes that you can grab whenever. The main street is just a 3 minute walk away.

Ninh Binh non è niente di speciale, bisogna invece andare verso Tam Coc, in mezzo alla natura e ai paesaggi stupendi della campagna vietnamita. Posti indimenticabili.

Ninh Binh offre la classica escursione di Tam Coc e qualche altro sito turistico interessante come la Pagoda o il punto panoramico su Tam Coc. Si può fare in giornata da Hanoi ma è stato molto piacevole dormire e in città e vedere il tramonto sui campi di riso!.

WE STAYED IN NINH BINH NEXT TO TAM COC RIVER, THE PLACE IS PRETTY QUITE AND YOU HAVE TO VISIT FEW PLACES AS THE RIVER OF TAM COC, ONE OF THE BEST TEMPLE THAT WE VE SEEN "BAI DINH" AND IS GOOD TO RENT A BIKE FOR VISIT AROUND!

Ninh Binh in itself has not many touristic attractions, but...
Ninh Binh in itself has not many touristic attractions, but has a strategic position related to Tam Coc, Tran An, Hoa Lu an Phat Diem. In our stay we visited the last three in a day, which was feasible by car. I would advise to stay a minimum of two days there, as there are additional touristic points in between the famous ones, besides being able to enjoy more of the landscape of the area.

When you talk about Ninh Binh, you're usually referring...
When you talk about Ninh Binh, you're usually referring to Tam Coc. While Ninh Binh is a big city with few attractions, Tam Coc is small, touristic but still quiet village located not so far from the city. The place is surrounded by charateristic mountains and rice fields. The countryside is rich in villages and pagodas and you can spot a lot of people cycling around. It is definitely worth of a visit.

Più che Ninh Binh suggerirei l’area di Tam Coc. Molto più naturalistica e paesaggisticamente piacevole. Ninh Binh è una città in forte evoluzione e vicina al concetto di città asiatica in forte sviluppo.

Praticamente tutto. Il posto è meraviglioso, lungo il fiume avvolto nella pace e nel silenzio e con un giro in scooter o in bici si toccano punti più belli della zona. La stanza pulitissima e con uno scorcio spettacolare su montagna e giardino. Forse il miglior posto dove ho dormito. Tra l'altro mangiato anche benissimo! Tutto lo staff gentilissimo, mi ha anche aiutato a trovare uno sleeping bus per la prossima meta in notturna. Se dovessi tornare in Vietnam sicuro spenderei più giorni qua a Ninh Binh. Voto massimo meritatissimo.

Il personale molto accogliente, se hai un problema sono subito disposti a risolvero.(non parlano inglese, ma è normale in questa zone del Vietnam). La posizione è ottima per visitare Ninh Binh. Noleggiando un motorino nella struttura, è facilmente raggiungibile qualsiasi attrazione turistica. A disposizione gratitamente delle biciclette, per chi non se la sente di guidare. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Da € 54 a notteL'hotel è molto bello, fatto di tutti bungalow che affacciano in una zona verde tra le montagne e un laghetto. Si fa colazione in una veranda sul laghetto affasciante. La zona è perfetta per visitare le attrazioni di Ninh Binh a soli 5 minuti di motorino. Tra i vari servizi abbiamo anche potuto fare un massaggio di coppia in camera. Tutto eccezionale !

Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi, noi siamo state in 3 in una familiare e avevamo spazio sufficiente. C’è la piscina, che non è di loro proprietà ma di un altro hotel ma che puoi usare per farti il bagno tornata dalla escursioni. Il personale davvero molto carino.

Ninh Binh è uno dei posti più belli del Vietnam e questo hotel è l’ideale. La camera in Villa è bellissima, la colazione ottima è una bella piscina per il relax dopo una giornata di fatica. Il responsabile Phuc è fantastico, ci ha aiutato in qualsiasi cosa. Hotel ottimo

This is a superb complex, presumably built to give local people access to bucolic luxury. There is everything you want/need. The staff are very helpful, especially Miss Yen in the dining room. It's a pleasant walk to the National Park and the wildlife rescue centre.
