The two pools are actually very nice, with one always available. They alternate refilling them every day, so the water is always natural and clean. An outdoor swimming pool surrounded by gardens can be enjoyed in Estancia Termal San Nicanor, located in Chapicuy. Guests can book suites, dorm rooms and bungalows. Beautiful place with fantastic termal pools. Peacocks and lots of other birds,, a wide variation of trees. The host was very helpful. The reception/restaurant building was charming, a very nice place to eat. The accomodation with kitchenette was vasic but well-functioning.

Located 15 metres from Treinta y Tres square and 450 metres from Artigas square, Hotel Los Cedros offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in Salto. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to answer all my questions. The hotel is quiet although it's in the centre of the town. Some interesting sights are only a few blocks away from the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered lots of delicious things, especially the orange cake. Buses run frequently to the spas nearby.
