Dietary constraints were considered and much appreciated. We were able to leave our luggage and hang out to cool our jets before leaving for the ferry back to Buenos Aires. The staff could not have been more accommodating...better service than at a 5-Star property in French Polynesia!

The vast grounds of the lodge are an invitation to immerse oneself in nature. Strolling among the beautiful plants and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets were some of my favorite moments. It's a perfect setting for relaxation and reflection, allowing one to truly disconnect and recharge. The breakfast served at Caliu Earthship Ecolodge was a delight. It stood out as one of the best meals I had during my three-month journey in Uruguay. The quality, taste, and presentation of the food were exceptional, reflecting the lodge's commitment to providing a top-notch culinary experience. It's just a 10-minute drive to Colonia del Sacramento making it conveniently accessible while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. . In conclusion, Caliu Earthship Ecolodge is a one-of-a-kind accommodation that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Colonia del Sacramento.
