104 Inlet Sands Condo is set in Inlet Beach, 100 metres from Inlet Beach and 1.7 km from Rosemary Beach. Boasting an ATM, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Location facility was in disrepair and hazardous. I cut my head on sharp edge of bunk bed air quality of AC/heater black dust blowing out could it be mold ? No screens on front and rear doors front screen not fully attached. Plumbing leak flooded the kitchen I was told someone would call within the hour fourteen hours later and trip to the office we had a repair person. We cleaned the spill and used towels and they were not replaced. Bugs were coming out of kitchen sink no stopper in drain to prevent entry we used a plastic cup in drain to prevent further entry. No toilet brush provided . I am still waiting for a response on my head injury and a claim number or contact person to discuss what happened with a sharp edge hazard . The staff was non responsive and dismissive of my concerns. This is the fourth survey I received since leaving but little was done while I was there to rectify problems. We left nine days early because my wife’s mother passed we called to ask for options and basically said there were none very cold response. Your welcome your customer service is all show and no substance. Will I get a follow up on my claim ?

Loved the property and the location. It had plenty of space indoors and outdoors to spread around. Having access to 3 bathrooms is beyond necessary. The property offered every kitchen utensil and gadget.even free bikes! Hassle free check in and check out. Will definitely be back there!

The beds are on the small side of queen size. We wish at least one of them was king size… but that’s just us:-)
