Offering a hot breakfast each morning, this bed and breakfast is 20 minutes’ drive from Panguitch Lake. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. Free WiFi access is available. We loved our stay! The house is perfectly situated and the self check-in process was very smooth (you enter the house, take your key and indicate what you would like for breakfast). The room was amazing, rustic style and had everything you need (fake fireplace, popcorn, kitchen etc.) The bed was very comfortable! We loved our breakfast as well, I had French toast (amazing !!) and my husband had omelette with butter bread and it was all delicious. The owners are very nice and helpful, would definitely recommend by all 10! The only minor minus is a missing mechanical lock to the room which can be opened only from the inside (as the main house door doesn’t lock).

Everything! The most beautiful place, the best experience we could've had. The staff were warm and inviting, and so helpful. Recommending great locations in the area for us to experience snow. The restaurant served delicious food, we especially loved the dessert and I loved the whole sustainability of it. The rooms are cosy and warm and remind you of a homey cottage, and we had beautiful sunset views of Zion. The beautiful dogs roaming around, as well as chickens and horses just made the trip so much more enjoyable. We had changes to our travel plans so we decided to stay one more night at this beautiful place, I just couldn't leave and I will forever come back over and over. I am totally in love with Utah because of this beautiful accomodation, in the most beautiful spot, I couldn't have asked for anything better! I genuinely feel so sad that I have to leave!

The layout of the unit was nice with split bedrooms, both ensuite. The kitchen worked well, and had everything we needed including some things left behind I guess we could have used but didn't. The pool and hot tub were nice with nice locker rooms adjacent, but in a different building so a bit of a walk. Bed was comfortable. They had a TV, and able to get local channels. Parking very convenient once we found the unit.
