Staff was helpful when we got locked out of the room and any housekeeping we met were super friendly. Breakfast was great, the fresh muffins and yogurt/granola bar was a nice touch. We were especially impressed with the shuttle service provided with our stay. Bill was fantastic (give that man a raise!). He shuttled us to dinner, back to the hotel, to our event, and picked us up a little after midnight. It was great to have a safe option for transportation on a busy night. 10/10 would recommend for a NYE or any other big holiday stay.
