Thanks to his knowledge, Hamza was very helpful in organising our activities and even gave us valuable advice on how to continue our trip. His wife was also very kind and took us for a walk and to get to know the community, we saw the cocoa plants, a beautiful viewpoint over a lovely lake and of course we were able to visit the orphanage which is two minutes away from the accommodation; the children are so sweet and it’s incredible what Hamza and his family have managed to build to give these children a better future. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home. The animals (both monkeys and dogs) added a special feeling to the place as well.

Absolutelly nice place, clean and comfortable rooms. But the best bouns are owners with their great working team. Place where you feel realy welcome.

With Queen Elizabeth National Park reachable in 5.3 miles, Tembo Safari Lodge has accommodations, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. It was an outstanding experience. The rooms were huge, very nicely decorated, with beautiful view on Kazinga channel, the staff was very friendly, amazingly helpful and really cared about us. The helped us to organize the boat experience, and also sent back my glasses that I left in the room. The food was delicious. It was our best stay in Uganda. This is a place with a soul, where you feel alway welcomed.
