Canary Nungwi Hotel & Resturant ligger i Nungwi, 350 meter fra Nungwi-stranden, og tilbyr innkvartering med restaurant, gratis privat parkering, bar og gjestestue. Everything was more than perfect!! Breakfast is very good and lots of different options, food in the hotel restaurant is more tasty than most of the restaurants have, nice pool area with a chilling roof and different plays, trip services (can fix anything), good massage lady, very clean and cozy room and whole area, close to the beach and other services but the best thing is the staff. The staff are so kind, funny with warm hearts and are ready to do everything for you ❤️ The place felted like beeing at home with better facilities and services, 10+/10 ❤️

Babalao Bungalows has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in Nungwi. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a terrace and a bar. Babalao is small with all the comforts of a 5 star resort. But is even better and they do things better. From the check in the owner Max gave us all the information we needed via WhatsApp from the app that we had to download regarding the tides, the restaurant menus, lists of restaurants to go to, prices of beds at the beach etc. There is no end time for breakfast, and the pool is open until the last guests decides to stop using it. The bungalows are wonderful! Shower pressure is good for Zanzibar, airco and beds comfortable. They even have robes. The food in the restaurant is just as good as the ones outside too! It was yummy!! The pictures here on Booking doesn’t do it justice! Once you enter this place it’s like a beautiful oasis with palm and banana trees and has cozy corners where you can chill on a lounge bed or hammocks. The staff were sweet and very helpful! Although not a beachfront property in Nungwi, it is just a 2 minute walk to the beach where all the hustle and bustle is. Also a 2 minute walk to Spanish Dancer Diving where we had booked a day of diving. All in all Babalao Bungalows is a fantastic place to stay with a chill atmosphere that gives great vibes once you walk in the property. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Oh and the WiFi is great! Take it from someone who loves to upload on social media to share the travel and holiday videos and pics that are high quality. Thank you Babaloa for a wonderful stay at your Bungalows! We enjoyed every minute of it!

Located in Pwani Mchangani, 300 metres from Pwani Mchangani Beach, TIANDE Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

Sunny Villa Matemwe has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Matemwe. The place is beautiful and super clean, with a nice swimming pool. The staff is friendly, polite, kind, and helpful. The food was delicious from breakfast to dinner, and you get to choose what you want to eat from the menu. I really enjoyed it; I felt at home 😊

Situated in Nungwi, 600 metres from Royal Beach, Daniel Zanzibar Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We spent 3 days at Daniel’s. We found the service outstanding, the room comfortable, it even had hot water, electricity and wifi!! I left a bag at the hotel by accident. They couriered it to me in Dar es Salaam, free of charge, that day so I could collect it before boarding the train to Zambia. Unbelievably kind. Can not thank them enough for both the stay and helping me out. 11/10

Located in Matemwe, 600 metres from Matemwe Beach, Haber Hotel & SPA provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The owners and staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The facilities and food was amazing. The place looked and felt like paradise. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Zanzicrown features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Nungwi. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. Our stay at Zanzicrown was crowned with success because in addition to a comfortable, clean room where we felt safe, we made friends for life. Elena and Matteo are the kind of hosts who provide the tourist with absolutely everything necessary for a perfect stay. We had the flight in the afternoon, but there was no problem for late departure. Breakfast every morning includes fresh fruit and very tasty cakes made by Elena. Nassor, Ali (Mister Lover-Lover), and all the staff met here are wonderful people. We became friends so much that we miss them. Paulino the cat 😽.. our alarm with the heart 🖤 outside. Situated in Matemwe, a few steps from Matemwe Beach, HEBE Bungalows Lodge features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This lodge is a wonderful place. We spent here only a couple of days, after spent 1,5 week on the souther part of the island. Our previous accomodation was "African" style, so a bit nomad without windows on the house or normal water in the bathroom. I thought this is the normal on Zanzibar until we experienced quality of Hebe Bungalow. There is completely European standard or level. You have air condition in the rooms, so you could hold inside temperature around 27-28 celsius which is perfect for sleeping. You can use normal fresh water in the bathroom even for washing your teeth (I had no problem after that). You got fresh drinking water in tho room every day. There is a coffe machine and fridge also in your room what located in a wonderful environment completely next to the beach. Quality of the restaurant and the breakfast is really good with lots of options. And the local staff is made up of very nice people. The owner and his wife are also wonderful people and they strive to meet all your needs.

Facing the beachfront, Mambo Paradise offers 4-star accommodation in Matemwe and features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool and garden. The rooms were clean and had a beautiful sea view & view of the sunrise over the ocean. The staff was amazing, Kassia and Pawel were incredible hosts and everyone did their best to help us with any requests we had, we felt very welcome. Interesting place to stay to get an insight into local Zanzibar life.
