Our stay at Drizzle Tea House was phenomenal, the hosts are wonderfully warm and generous and make you feel at home. Breakfast is exceptional with a tea ceremony to follow which is just serene. Dinner can be organised with the host in advance which is also recommended! The location is beautiful, walking around the tea farms at sunrise is something we'll never forget. There is only two rooms available here so it is extremely intimate and special. Highly recommend staying here, it was one of our highlights in our 3 weeks in Taiwan.

An official tea trail starts conveniently next to the property and has stunning views. Friendly and accommodating hosts who are 4th generation tea farmers. Their personal house next to the guest house is over 100 years old. Only a few minutes drive from Shizhou where there are convenience stores and some great places to eat. The hosts will graciously drop you into town if you ask. About 40 minutes drive to Alishan. The hosts will help you get to public transport, although we drove. Make sure you ask the hosts to try their tea. Be aware the hosts have limited English but use Google Translate very well!

Our host has to be one of the kindest, friendliest, warmest people I've ever met in my life. What I thought was going to be a quick cup of tea turned into a 2 hour ritual, sampling wonderful teas from his estate, alongside other guests. The room was mega comfy and the views from the outdoor dining area were simply breathtaking. Seriously some of my favorite breakfasts in my entire life. 10/10 would recommend, come again, etc etc
