Everyone there were so welcoming and attentive. Noah looked after us for the whole stay. He made sure that we have a spot on a bus from Mardin's airport, we were picked up by a member of staff, showed around, given all the necessary touristic advice and treated with delicious breakfasts. The room was beautiful, cozy and warm, despite the fact that it was snowing outside on that day. I really hope to come back.

Cleanliness is fantastic, beds are very very comfortable and good shower pressure. staff are brilliant, always smiling and engaging, also constantly offering tea/coffee etc whenever we sat in foyer area. the breakfast was epic, all cooked fresh and plentiful, certainly the best I have had in Turkey. great location. highest of recommendations.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience - we liked everything from our quiet and cozy room to a great Turkish breakfast at the patio. Staff is exceptional and made us feel as proper guests. The hotel is really close to the bazaar, numerous restaurants and main sites of Urfa.

We stayed for three nights in a beautiful suite room at Mirsoum Han and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The employees (Davud & Diyar) always welcomed us with a smile. With their kind, friendly & always solution-oriented attitude they really made us feel very welcome. Smallest suggestions for improvement were implemented literally the next day. Before I move on to the tasteful rooms I have to mention the breakfast. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and the breakfast here has by far been the most amazing! Medina, the lady in the kitchen, went above and beyond to provide us with a different amazing breakfast every morning. She even made special vitamin drinks for me, because she cared for my pregnancy. I would come back here anytime just for the breakfast! The stone rooms with high arched ceilings are as beautiful & spacious as shown on the pictures. We had a fire place (Davud helped us set it up every night), an amazing copper bath tub, multiple cozy sitting areas beautifully decorated and a very big modern bathroom. We loved drinking the nespresso coffee provided and just enjoying the beauty of the room. Also the lighting in the room is very romantic. You can see in every corner of the hotel, that it is an acclaimed architect’s work. Also, the sitting area outside has a beautiful view of Mesopotamia. We would warmly recommend staying in this high quality hotel and love to come back.

The owners contacted us before arriving, came to greet us, parked our car and helped us carry our luggage. The terraces have magnificent views of Mesopotamia. The staff is very attentive and helps you like a guide. The breakfast is satisfying and diverse... We left satisfied and Mirstone Historical Mansion will be our choice again on our next visit.
