Located 1.8 km away from Sukhothai Historical Park, one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Sriwilai Sukhothai offers local experience surrounded by lush greenery landscape and adjacent to Wat Chedi... Bellissima struttura immersa nella natura, sapientemente decorata, affascinante soprattutto al tramonto. Ristorante ben curato che si affaccia su un bel giardino illuminato da lanterne.

Situato nel quartiere di Mueang Kao a Sukhothai, il Sukhothai Garden offre un giardino e una terrazza. It’s a small family run hotel that makes all the efforts to make its guests satisfied. The rooms are big, bed was comfy (not soft), very generous delicious breakfast; very helpful staff. Before that I stayed in more expensive resort in Sukhothai (in worse location, eggs & bread for breakfast and cold attitude from the staff). Then I moved to Sukhothai Garden and felt so lucky: it is just a minute walk from the main street and a few minutes walk from the Historical Park; the staff are very helpful and even gave information on what to see around (very rare in Thailand); the breakfast was great - they cook a lot of Thai dishes but also have western breakfast options. Most of the personnel don’t speak English but trying their best to help. The receptionist called me a TukTuk at 5:30 am and I went to see sunrise on a hill with beautiful huge standing Buddha statue outside the city - it was magical. The receptionist also told me where I can see the morning ritual of monks receiving food from people every morning at 6 a.m. From Sukhothai I took a bus to my next destination and the owner of the hotel brought me by car to the bus stop (which is very near on the main street). I had great time in Sukhothai thanks to people who run Sukhothai Garden and warmly recommend the place.

We were there off season which made our stay very relaxed. We effectively had the place to ourselves. Beautiful setting and format.

It has authentic Thai décor around the very comfortable bed. Free use of the functioning bikes is a huge bonus (especially when Sukhothai is such a pleasant, leafy town to bike around). The host is kind, courteous, and super helpful, who goes an extra mile to help.

Situato a Sukhothai, il Jitra Resort offre un bar, un giardino e una terrazza. For the price, this is a good option. Its located near to the night street market, which we liked, but the town itself does not have a lot to offer in terms of eating and attractions. The historical area is 12km away, 20 mins in a tuktuk 150 baht..... so if you choose here, plan to spend most of your day in the historical part and eat around there too. We noted some of the rooms said cleanliness was not up to standard but our room was fine. There was discolouration on the tiles and wear and tear in the bathroom which may give the impression of looking unclean, but it was ok. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they found us a lovely tuktuk lady who we used to get us around. If you hire a bike, choose the bike hire on the corner before you enter the historical park, its 30baht. Inside the park they are 4 x the price
