What truly made my visit memorable was the warmth of the hotel staff. They were attentive and genuinely caring.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Casacool Hotel is set in Khao Lak and is 700 metres from Tsunami Memorial - Rue Tor 813. The woman who owns the hotel, Kai, is a very special lady. We arrived early for our check in. She quickly cleaned our room and in the meantime offered us a beautiful breakfast. Later that day she gave us a ride to a remote beach and even came to pick us up when it started to rain. She helped us book a trip to Similan islands in a good price. The hotel is in a great location, near the market and many restaurants and bars. Also close to a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. We would love to come back. We would like to also recommend a family owned restaurant called Aun Aun which is just down the street from the hotel (recommended to us by Kai). Amazing food, very cheap prices and such a wonderful service.

We stayed in the deluxe room that was big and with a nice balcony. The pools are great and clean, there are plenty of pool bars and the main pool has an amazing ocean view. The breakfast was wonderful.

The service is EXCELLENT! Polite, multi-lingual, professional. The breakfast included eggs benedict (yum!), omelette, multiple pastries (including whole wheat/rye bread), and at least a dozen other items. But the highlight was the hotel itself: lotus ponds, lawns, many places to explore, little gazebos where I could sit and read, an adult swimming pool area that is completely separate from the other swimming pool area, little bridges everywhere, and just across the street from a gorgeous, picturesque beach with a tiny lighthouse. Stay here. You won't regret it!

Great stay in Khao Lak. The hotel area is big so it doesn’t feel crowded, and I had my own pool access. Enough sun beds and pools for all and great breakfast with local and western options. The restaurant was also good for dinner. Location is near the beach and services, so it is easy to walk around from here. Room was spacious and clean, no complaints at all.

Hotelul este foarte aproape de centru unde am gasit multe restaurante, magazine, agentii de turism si case de schimb valutar. Este in planul doi fata de ocean, dar nu am avut nicio problema. Pana la plaja faceam 5 minute pe jos. Micul dejun a fost diversificat si foarte bun. Am primit in loc de camera dubla in hotel o casuta foarte draguta si curata.
