Good breakfast and refreshing pool. The beds were comfortable and the location is perfect. Down the street from the main road. Lots of food, shopping and music around the corner. Very helpful staff. My mother forgot her purse in the can to the ferry and the owner was able to contact the driver and get her bag back to us in time. tastefully decorated.

The resort’s size and layout makes it feel like there aren’t so many people around, although of course that wasn’t the case.

What truly made my visit memorable was the warmth of the hotel staff. They were attentive and genuinely caring.

Com um jardim e um terraço, o Casacool Hotel está situado em Khao Lak, a 700 metros do Memorial do Tsunami - Rue Tor 813. The woman who owns the hotel, Kai, is a very special lady. We arrived early for our check in. She quickly cleaned our room and in the meantime offered us a beautiful breakfast. Later that day she gave us a ride to a remote beach and even came to pick us up when it started to rain. She helped us book a trip to Similan islands in a good price. The hotel is in a great location, near the market and many restaurants and bars. Also close to a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. We would love to come back. We would like to also recommend a family owned restaurant called Aun Aun which is just down the street from the hotel (recommended to us by Kai). Amazing food, very cheap prices and such a wonderful service.

Very clean and friendly staff that immediately solves any issues we had, like the clogged drain in the shower. I’ve just mentioned it ones and 30 minutes later everything was well done! Absolutely worth it to stay!!!
