The reception staff is exceptional. The manager Alain is always around to help and give advice. The hotel is excellent with all the amentities, including the pool, the gym and the restaurant. The place is very secure, with security 24/7. The wifi is quick. We also rented a car with a driver from the hotel. It was very good, with the driver guiding us through The African way of doing things, safeguarding and haggling for us. I would definitely recommend it.
