Facing the beachfront in Jokkmokk, Peace & Quiet Hotel features ski-to-door access and a private beach area. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. From my first inquiry, Bjorn was beyond helpful. We had family meeting in Stockholm to begin out journey. Bjorn suggested Lulea as the nearest airport where we rented a car for the drive to Jokkmokk-the place where the magic begins. The glass huts was extraordinary-the best possible use of every inch of space. It was toasty warm inside and perfectly furnished. The views were out of this world. Bjorn also booked several adventures for us: snowmobiling, dog sledding and a visit to a Sami reindeer herder. One night he cooked for us, another perfect evening. We had two huts for three nights, which began with a Northern lights show. We could not have wished for anything more.

From the moment we arrived we were were so cozy and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, warm, and had pretty Christmas lights in all the windows. The kitchen was huge and well-equipped and the beds were so comfy. We couldn't have been happier with the welcoming staff and the peace and quiet of the area. Also, parking is plentiful. The frosty views were so beautiful with windows all around the apartment. This spot blew us away and we will definitely stay again when we pass through this area.

Offering a popular á la carte restaurant and turn of the century ambiance, the historical Haparanda Stadshotell features a sauna, bar and free WiFi access. The Torne Älv River is 300 metres away. The hotel was beautiful! We stayed in the “new” part which wasn’t as beautiful, but they had made it surprisingly cohesive with the old part. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk clerk was extremely polite and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Lulea, The room was quiet, clean and had a nice view. All the staff were friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so was dinner at their restaurant (called '9', as it is located on the 9th floor.) Highly recommended - hotel and restaurant.
