Please note that bedlinen, towels and departure cleaning are not included in the rate of Cottages, Quadruple rooms, Family rooms and dorm beds. Room was nice and spacious, Bed was comfy. Staff were really nice and helpful. Common areas were also clean and perfect to interact with other travellers.

Amazing location, experience, and freedom to wander. Great secluded place with transfers and options to get out, like skiing or snowshoeing. Their dogs are adorable and loud during the day! Staff were awesome! stayed in one of the shared apartments with a sauna and was really impressed. Great views from the apartment and enjoyed the sauna. Check in / out access to main facilities and luggage storage was excellent. The local supermarket was across the road and perfect for supplies. Saw the northern lights 2 out of 3 nights and great options for hiking during the day. one night we could see from guest house. Rented gear for the stay at a flat rate 150SEK was excellent for night adventures didn’t need during the day! Magical experience!

The lodge also is very easily reachable ( 3 min walk from Abisko ostra), and it helps organise any activities that might be interesting while in the arctic circle. Also the food was absolutely delicious.

Set 250 km above the Arctic Circle, in Björkliden, the ski-to-door access chalets at Kåppas Cabin Village overlook the Lapporten Valley. Really loved the view from the cabin, its spaciousness, and especially the sauna, drying box, and shoe dryer!
