Very well located with private parking and just a few walking minutes away from city center and lake. Hotel looks very good. There is everything you need to enjoy your time here. Staff is more than polite and helpful. Professionals with kindness and always smiling. Our room was very clean and comfy. Bed was very comfortable and nice to sleep. Breakfast was very good with so many choices. Everything was fresh and delicious. Spa center was nice and the massages were very nice and relaxing. Thanks to all employees who made our time at the hotel into real pleasure. Keep it going, you are a great team.

A 5-star hotel, A Hoteli - Grand&Sky Hotel Tornik offers luxury rooms and suites and a rich spa & wellness offer including 2 indoor swimming pools, a spa bath, a hammam, saunas and massages. I am more than delighted. Best service so far in Serbia. They opened gym for us 7am, they were helpful. Bellboy took our laggage and was so fast, we didn't wait at all, didn't touch nothing. The stuff at the restaurant always how is everything, in the wellness they allowed us to stay after check-out until 5PM which made my day literally. On the reception they respect the notice, everything was so professional and to be honest I didn't see it Serbia until now that someone is doing the service on this level. You really invest in your employees and they were more than amazing. I felt like I am not in Serbia but in foreign country. I will come back again 100%

The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, with beautiful view on the lake and city center. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, even though with some linguistic issues, but translator app solved all problems :-) The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was very reach and diverse. The restaurant itself serves extremely good food, so we decided to have a lunch there on our way back to Belgrade.
