We stopped there on our way to Turkey for just one night. The staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and newly furnished. We were traveling with our cat and dog and the two of them were also warmly welcomed :) I can definitely recommend!

Set right next to the ski lift, the Stara Planina Hotel & Spa offers immediate access to slopes. Snille og veldig, veldig serviceinnstilte ansatte. God mat. Fine, store og varme rom, med store balkonger. Helt fin basseng, man får både badekåpe, slippers og ekstra badehåndkle. Nok parkeringsplasser i garasjen, og uten ekstra kostand. Hotellet ligger rett ved et skisenter, heiskort er rimelig. Det er mulig å leie inn skiutstyr, bestille gruppe/private timer med skiinstruktør.

Vi kjørte med bil fra Oslo til Plovdiv i Bulgaria. Vi valgte Pirot som det fjerde og siste overnattingsstedet, før vi krysset den bulgarske grensen. Hotellet ligger sentralt i byen, i hovedgaten. Flere spennende spisesteder i nærheten, mange butikker og kiosker med forskjellige varer. Parkering i bakgården, med port låst for natten. Bra vedlikeholdt hotell, fine rom med gode senger. Stabil Wi-Fi. Veldig god frokost i en intim liten sal. Hjelpsom og imøtekommende personale. Enkel kommunikasjon på engelsk. Vi fikk gode anbefalinger og spiste nydelig middag nært hotellet, på en restaurant med serbiske spesialiteter.

Our host was very kind and responsive. The room is big, clean and warm. The bathroom is big and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. It is dog friendly and there is parking out front. I would go back again next ski season.
