Located in Sinaia, 20 miles from Stirbey Castle, Hotel Belmont has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. The quality in everything! The situation in the middle of the mountains, very wild and quiet, the staff, the restaurant and lounge area, the spa was amazing. Every single thing was amazing and I strongly recommend to everyone! You need a car to get there and then you can easily walk to the cable car in 2km away and take it to go in the heart of the Carpathian mountains.

The staff were all very helpful and did a great job. The food at the in hotel restaurant was great although a little limited for breakfast options. The views were perfect and it was serenely quiet and made it very easy to enjoy the nature and beauty around you.

Alexandrion Experience in Sinaia is 656 feet away from the ski elevator to the Cota 1400 Ski Area. Peles Castle is 0.9 mi away. The Hotel is newly renovated. Check in was done fast. We were greeted with 2 glasses of sparkling wine. The rooms are nicely decorated. A little small even for 2 people. Towels and linen new and soft. Large TV. Good WiFi. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices - cheese, meat, eggs, Romanian specialities, and even omelets made upon an order. Good coffee. All the places restaurant, lobby, bar, lounge are very modern and beautiful, giving the sense of a warm atmosphere. Having its own parking space even if this is not free of charge for the guests.

The bathtub in the room is amazing, truly romantic, and makes you feel like you are on a spa retreat. This specific room was great for a couple and great for a romantic getaway. The hosts are all so sweet and helpful and the location is perfect, super close to old town but right outside of it so you can stay away from the crowds. The bed is comfortable, and the common spaces are spacious and spotless.

Perfect location on Prahova valley
Sinaia is my favorite location on Prahova valley. A small city with nobile arhitecture, a place where the king of Romania decided tu build the most beautifull castle in the world: Peles Castle. It is the perfect place where you can stay and visit all thr Prahova Valley. Durind the winter there are also ski facilities in Sinaia, up on the mountain. There is the only one high altitude ski slope in Romania.

Sinaia is the pearl of the Prahova Valley. Clean, quiet, endless possibilities for day trips in the mountains, train rides to Busteni, Predeal. Excellent destination in summer time as well as in winter time. We took the telecabina to Cota 1400 and 2000 and had a wonderful lunch at cota 1400 overlooking the Valley. Visited the Peles Castle. On the second day we took the train to Busteni and the telecabina to Babele and saw the natural monuments Babele, Sfinx. If you get up early you can walk up to the Cross (1.5 hrs walk from Babele) Ate at restaurant Bucegi. Great food and great service.

Sinaia is the pearl of the Prahova Valey with very nice history sites, parks, walks, shops and restaurants. You could easily relax in Sinaia during all seasons. It's summers are chill and winters are mild because high mountains around, prevent strong winds from reaching the town. The air is fresh and views are astonishing. Very comfy and enjoyable.

The view is amazing: from the room you could see the mountains with Caraiman's cross. Prahova river is crossing right next to the building and you can see it and even hear the nice sound of the river when you sit on the balcony. Cantacuzino Castle is at a walking distance. The apartment is very clean and cozy. We met the owners which were very friendly. For sure we will go again.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in, certainly in Romania. It's a comfy, cozy, and clean place, and a comfortable short walk from the center of Sinaia. I was here for a conference and on a budget. It satisfied all my needs. I'm extremely sensitive to noise but got perfect sleep. I was able to cook meals. The Internet worked well. Most of all, the staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, on my last day I ran into a transportation problem. Eugen did something exceptional and out of his way to help me out.

We had 2 rooms, one for our elderly parents, the other for a family of four, both on the 1st floor. The view from the balcony was lovely overlooking the valley,very quiet. The family room had a sofa bed. The veranda has a nice fish pond, pleasant place to sit together outdoors. The food at breakfast and the restaurant were very good
