The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The hotel building and all the area around the hotel are beautiful. The location is good and it’s possible to walk to many points of interest. Breakfast was excellent!

Évora is a walled city with a long history.
Évora is a walled city with a long history. It is easily explored on foot, but bring sensible walking shoes, as the cobbled streets makes for a very uneven surface. We didn't spend enough time in Évora to see all the sights, but soaked in the friendly atmosphere and had a couple of very enjoyable dinners there. We highly recommend the tasting menu of restaurant Origens, while Café Alentejo serves traditonal food from the region.
