The room was amazing, we had an amazing view of the city and sea and mountains, where we saw the amazing sunset. The room was truly spectacular and I can't believe it was for such a cheap price. Highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful. We had booked for 1 night only, and wanted to extend our staying. Maybe because of the SINULOG festival the hotel was fulled booked, still they managed to accommodate us. At Fortune Apartelle we had hot water in the shower with decent pressure. Internet conexion was good. In resume, we ended up booking for another 11 days.
