Love the room setting that made us feel very homely with lots of characters and all supplies we need the moment we're in. The Christmas decorations were really lovely around at the time. The area is very green, lovely and quiet with lots of old trees, and there's a trampoline and tennis and golf course for kids. Specially, the hot spring pools right next to the river are amazing, the feel of so close to nature in natural hot pools is just exceptional and unforgettable.

This was a great little spot, only 15 mins drive from Hobbiton and a lovely quiet country area. Julie we didn't meet you, but thanks for the lovely touches, a couple of beers and ciders, and the home made bread and condiments were just beautiful! The unit was so spacious, great shower, comfortable bed, and that cow pic on the wall was perfect! Love this place! Great country pub, the hot springs hotel, is 6km away and was also a winner, highly recommended.

Aia ja konditsioneeriga The Tirau Cottage - Waikato asub Tiraus, 44 km kaugusel Mystery Creeki üritustekeskusest ja 48 km kaugusel Rotorua siluetist. Our whole family loved the cottage. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the luxury of the cottage. The kids loved as well watching Netflix on the TV. The air condotion came in handy on our arrival day. Our second day there it was pouring and we enjoyed very much being able to have so much room for us. The location near Hobbiton was as well great for us. The conversation with Brittany was very fast and friendly. Thanks heaps for the lovely card and surprise in the fridge.

It was lovely to have breakfast sorted in the morning. Carmen thoughtfully left a loaf of freshly made bread on the bench and treats in the fridge. The house was amazing, everything you need for a quick get away. And the bed was super comfy.

Great room in a nice quiet street. Was easy to find, had what we needed and nicely laid out. Given we had several friends staying at different motels in Putaruru and hearing their feedback I think we hit the jackpot. The communication was really friendly and accommodating. Was a shame we didn't get time to sit outside with a cuppa as I think it would've been a really nice tranquil place to enjoy.
