Totally the hospitality was incredible. Receptionists were really nice. Very close to ZQN airport - only 1 stop from airport by bus. It cost only $2.00 with BEE card. I didn't need to grab a taxi. Very easy access. The hotel was located next to Remarkable Shopping Mall. Walking distance from both airport and shopping mall for me. There were a variety of restaurants and cafes in the mall. Super market (New World) was nearby. To CBD of Queenstown, you can reach by #1 city bus. Takes 30 minutes bus ride. Very quiet to sleep at night.

New in 2019, this 5-star boutique hotel is ideally located on Victoria Street in the city of Christchurch, amongst a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. We couldn’t have had a better start of our time in New Zealand. The hotel is wonderful, very nice and clean room. it has everything you need. the staff though is outstanding. We want to give a very big shoutout to Alana from reception and Niki from The Lane, where we had amazing breakfast. The staff is what made our stay so wonderful. Thanks so much! We just came back after 5 weeks of traveling just to have breakfast again and say hi. Hopefully we will see you again!

Awesome town, one of my top in the South Island. If you like nature and outdoor activities, this is your place! Water activities in the lake, roads to cycle, trails to bike, mountains to hike, Queenstown 1h-awesome-drive away... endless! Lots of campers, great vibe in town, is not big but has just enough facilities to be comfortable.
