The staff was phenomenal and flexible after I mixed up dates. Super restaurant downstairs met all of our dining needs. Great pie shop around the corner!

I loved the staff, but to be honest, I've never been in a hotel that has shared bathrooms. It was not so bad. They had individual sinks in each bedroom. The food was great, even had G.F food.

The St James Premium Accommodations is a 5 minutes’ walk from the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa, restaurants and shops. Just amazing room and hotel. Big room, everything was new and modern. Location was great. Walking distance from the geotermal pools. They have free laundry and drier machine
