Scenically located in Røldal village, right by Lake Røldalsvatnet, this versatile cottage accommodations features mountain views. Hardangervidda is 12 mi away. It was a nice little cabin and we enjoyed our stay. The prehistoric burial mounds at the site, and the museum in the barn at the site were both quite interesting.

Housed in a building dating from 2019, this apartment is a few steps from Røldal Stave Church and 24 miles from Haukelifjell Skisenter. Good, quality accommodation. It is finished to a nice specification. The sofa and beds were super comfy, all the furnishings and the surroundings were delightful. There is a smashing view of the mountains outside. Our host was very communicative, answering our messages immediately. we parked our car easily, just outside and found our accommodation with ease, due to excellent instructions and also had a brilliant time. Supermarket and petrol station also with food very closeby. Fabulous pretty drives in all directions, the best we found in a tour all over Norway.

Living here was completely unexpected. We had to drive from Stavanger to Flam, but the weather was bad, so we had to find a middle spot to stay overnight. But here we were pleasantly surprised, a perfect bungalow with a large living room and all the facilities were perfect. You can park your car anywhere around the house. More importantly, there is a very good supermarket nearby, with a wide range of items and not expensive. The small village is also very quiet and the scenery is very beautiful. Although we have lived in several major cities and famous attractions in Norway, but this small village has left the deepest impression on us. I hope to have the opportunity to live here again in the future.
