This hotel is in Øystese Village, on the shore of the Hardangerfjord. It offers a restaurant and for additional cost pool and sauna access. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and some feature a balcony. The view from the hotel was spectacular. It was a quick and easy drive to Nordheimsund, which is where many tours take off. Like many other hotels in Norway, there is a wide and excellent selection for breakfast. Something for everyone. We had to leave earlier on our final morning before the start of breakfast but they had everything set out for us to self-serve. The restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. This is typical of Norway, however. The pool at the connecting sports facility was convenient and fun.

Brakanes Hotel is located on the shores of the Hardanger Fjord in Ulvik. The hotel restaurant features a buffet and a la carte menu of local dishes. Free WiFi is included. Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast with a beautiful view!

Centrally situated in Rosendal by the Hardanger Fjord, this waterfront hotel offers a restaurant, bar and terrace with panoramic views. The location is amazing. The staff was super. Truly recommend a trip to iris the restaurant as well.

Situated by the Hardangerfjord, this family-run hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Ulvik village. It offers a large furnished terrace, free WiFi and a variety of accommodation options. So pleasantly surprised! Our room was brand new, modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable, lots of space and nice view. The breakfast was nice, plenty of options and the staff was friendly. Overall, great expeerience and great value for money.

With an idyllic location by the Hardangerfjord, this elegant hotel features traditional décor, a waterfront garden and free Wi-Fi. The impressive Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall is a 5-minute drive away. The breakfast was the largest and best free breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! The historic side of the hotel was fantastic for a coffee/tea break and meals. We had a very large (two-bedroom) suite in the newer wing of the hotel. It included a kitchen where we baked a supermarket pizza one evening. The balcony had a beautiful view looking down the fjord.

Situated in a late 19th century Art Noveau-style building overlooking the Måbø Valley, Fossli Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with private bathrooms. Vøringsfossen Waterfall is next to the hotel. Exceptional location! Very friendly staff!

Hardanger House is an exceptional place. Everything was extraordinary, great attention to details. The food was the best that I've ever had in Norway! They have an excellent chef, great wine and whiskey choices. Friendly and genuinely sincere staff. Top notch, HIGHLY recommended.
