Very clean, excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Facilitated scooter rental and had it delivered to hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and clean. They are bungalow style and far away from main area for complete privacy. Amazing view of volcán Concepción every morning. Great place to stay in Ometepe. I was there for three nights Karlysa and Reina will take good care of you with their smiles, warmth and kindness. Highly recommended.

Hospedaje Soma Ometepe Hotel er með útisundlaug, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd í Moyoga. This was our favourite place to stay in Nicaragua. It was so good we actually returned to Ometepe for an extra 5 nights of pure relaxation! We are backpacking around Central America and loved how homely this accommodation was. The rooms are so nice, clean and excellent value. The grounds are maintained beautifully and there is a lovely pool to rest by, perfect after climbing Volcan Concepcion. The staff are so helpful and friendly. WiFi is also perfect for a bit of remote working!

Located right next to a short side road, accessible by scooter with a touch of care. An entomologist dream. You won’t find a better view to enjoy a delicious coffee in the mornings. The manager Bayardo was amazing and is there to help in any way possible. We loved enjoying the natural surroundings from our private casita. Ac and wifi now problem anywhere we were on the property. Santa Cruz beach is a 5 minute walk and is basically all your own. Amazing time.

Hotel San Juan Ometepe er staðsett í Altagracia, aðeins 2,3 km frá þjóðveginum, og býður upp á veitingastað og einkastrandsvæði. The property is about 2 Km off-road, hence, very quiet and relaxing with full of nature. Garden and plants are well-maintained, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Wifi is strong in reception, lobby and restaurant. We had a standard room and had good enough WiFi. There are a variety of birds, animals and insects as well. I needed an anti-insect spray in the evening, as I’m well loved by insects. Food is delicious and pricey but had good qualities. Staff is very kind.

Hospedaje Central er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað í Moyogalpa. Such a beautiful, colourful, artsy space. Lots of outdoor space to relax in hammocks and chairs, and outdoor space to do a workout or yoga if you wanted. Nicely equipped kitchen, and it was nice to see separation of organic food waste and non organic waste. They offer breakfast that you need to order the day before. Very reasonably priced for the quantity (we had a huge omelette with toast for 95 cordoba - roughly $2.50) They offer a locked outdoor parking space for bikes etc They had 24h reception I believe. Staff was super lovely and very willing to answer questions and have conversations. We really enjoyed talking with Hani!

Caballito's Mar er staðsett í Mérida, 3,6 km frá Maderas-eldfjallinu og býður upp á gistirými með veitingastað, ókeypis einkabílastæði og bar. Having the water right In front of my room was a beautiful view to wake up to . Staff were friendly , music was nice, very nice and peaceful place to stay , breakfast was really good ! Room was comfortable and cold ac and fan !

Cabañas Privadas Dilany í Moyogalpa býður upp á 3 stjörnu gistirými með garði, veitingastað og bar. - If you are looking for a stay amongst locals, this is the place to go! Alejandro, Xavier and their parents are very friendly and nice people. They are also very patient, so I was able to practice my basic spanish skills :) - If you want, they offer to cook for you. The food was freshly prepared, very tasty and some ingredients, e.g. fruits and beans were even homegrown! - They can arrange different tours for a very reasonable price. Alejandro drove me around the island during an entire day and he was an excellent guide as well as driver!

The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. I loved their big hammock outside :)
