A shame our hi-tech shower had no hot water, for this price I expect a high end bathroom experience, the water was cold the mini bar was empty and no tea/coffee making facility. The staff however were friendly.

Isleta El Espino is a private island in Lake Nicaragua, just outside of the colonial city of Granada. It features an outdoor pool and a restaurant on site. The stuff of ‘“Isleta El Espino” is very good organised - the transfer to the island was easy and once on the island we felt like kings, every wish was fullfilled and we had some nice privacy, the food was food and it was very clean. Sleeping was also good as the whole room was bug-secured.

Offering a restaurant, El Maltese is located on the waterfront of Granada where you can enjoy a variety of activities from sailing to hiking with volcano views. Free WiFi access is available. We had such a grate time staying at the hotel!! It has a beutifull view, the room have everything we needed and more and most of all the staff is so kind and and helpfull. I really recommend hotel el maltese <3

The accommodations are simple and very clean, situated in a separate building from their home. I mentioned I had caught a cold, and they prepared me a special traditional tea to help with my symptoms - and they also insisted that I fill my thermos with it for later. Their kindness is what makes their accommodation so special.
