We had burgers at the bar and our first ever rock shandy (certainly not the last) . The food (Including dinner) where amazing!! Highly recommend you eat there. The dinning area was very beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful.

In stone lodges on the edge of the Etendeka Plateau, rooms at Grootberg Lodge offer far-reaching views. With an outdoor pool, it is run by an organisation that aims to improve local welfare. Everything was superb. The staff was professional and obliging, and the view was spectacular.

The location is great to relax and be back with nature. We stayed in a tent. Well equiped and good to fit us. Nice adventure tours to take as well. We enjoyed the restuarant there too. Good food. They made us feel right at home even when the pool was not working they gave us a free game drive. The food was amazing and we had a great stay.
