The breakfast was really good with variety of food which was great . The view of the hotel was awesome.

The location is remote, surrounded by a fantastic selection of wild-life. The grounds were immaculate! Even though most of the trees in the surrounding area are, what we call "Devil Thorn Trees", they were all raked away. The staff (shout out to Josie) were incredible. We were visiting with an infant and they made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I let the lodge know that we intended to braai (BBQ) the second night and they provided us with the braai drum as well as a bag of wood! 110% will be staying there again, next time for a week!

They guy at the reception was so kind during our stay, and Winnie for supporting us prior to our stay. we would come back definitely.

Our friend had a birthday and that day and I asked staff about making some present for the birthday girl. They were so helpful and made this present for not big money! They rescued us :) thx a lot! Also, it was a pleasure to get a complement from hotel. It was a plate with fruits. Btw, we asked to clean our clothes and it is also good.

The uniquely designed Beach Lodge is located in Swakopmund and features a restaurant, bar and BBQ facilities. The hotel has a garden and offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. Great beach hotel. It is what it says -- a great little hotel RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The pictures are true... our patio door walked right out onto that lovely green lawn and then to the beach. It was great that they offered a family room, it had a nice patio and small fridge and coffee/tea station. It wasn't the most elegant decor, but it was clean and completely met our needs for a beach get away. Free parking -- it was tight to get to our assigned spot, but the car gaurd was always on duty to help ease one into the space.

Located at the promenade with views of the ocean, Strand Hotel Swakopmund features a spa, 3 restaurants and bars. It offers a 24-hour front desk and conference facilities. We were in southern Africa for just over six weeks. This hotel was one of our three favorite hotels on this trip. I asked for an ocean view deluxe room and that is exactly what we got. It was a larger room than we expected and a wonderful view of the ocean and beach below the hotel

Offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and located a short walk from the Jetty and and the National Marine Aquarium, Swakopmund Sands features a lounge and bar area. Everything. The room was very spacious, clean,bed was comfy, the bathroom was also really well layed out but was stood out the most was the friendlyness of the staff. Really helpful, always smiling. Can only recommend
